Wednesday, June 19th: A Serious Man
A Serious Man is a comedy by the Coen brothers that takes place in 1967. The film follows the unraveling life of a Jewish man, Larry Gopnik, from Minnesota. With his wife leaving him, his jobless brother sleeping on his couch, and the impending vote on his tenure as a physics professor, Larry seeks advice from three different rabbis. However, whether these rabbis will be able to help Larry or not, remains to be seen.

HNT’s in-house caterer, Lirit Maslan Ziv of Purple Beet Catering, will prepare the meal for this special program.
