This six session Mussar course focuses on the practical aspects of the practice of Mussar and how we manifest “Mussar Moments” in our daily lives. We will explore how we want to live and how we choose to live, while incorporating these principles and practices. The process consists of a journey into the awakening and deepening of our spiritual lives—how we live in relation to ourselves, others and the world. It includes personal exploration and the examine of our inner worlds with increasing insight, IN a large part the process is also an aspect of Tikun Olam. Healing the world through the ongoing healing of ourselves.
This class will be given by Mussar accredited teacher Hilary Abramowitz
